You can get an overview of the tests we offer on our availability page. Through this site you can access your test history, book tests, and enter test results.
To use these features, you need to create a login ID. When you create your login ID, you'll enter your email address. If you've used our services in the past or have tests booked, and your email address matches the one we have on file, you'll automatically be linked to your test history.
If you're new to our services, you'll be prompted to enter your contact information. Afterwards, you won't need to re-enter it when you return to the site or book new tests.
Please note: We are not able to ship test packages outside of the United States, so you must provide us with a US shipping address.
If you have ANY problems with the website, please let us know - we can only correct it if you let us know.

Our Testing Requirements
For the kinds of tests we offer, where evaluation is done using the En metric, you must report uncertainties along with your results. Our tests are open to participants who:
- Report the expanded measuring uncertainty of their results using a coverage factor of k=2
- Have a coverage probability of approximately 95%
- Report it as a scalar value in the unit of the measurand

Participation Incentives
Accreditation bodies generally require laboratories to develop a plan for proficiency testing requirements. We will be happy to help you develop a plan that you can present to your assessor and accreditation body. We offer an incentive program:
- 10% discount on the 2nd test
- 15% discount on the 3rd test
- 20% discount on subsequent tests
These discounts apply if you participate in a test at least every 6 months.

Confidentiality
We require all participants to keep our reference values confidential and to keep the identities of other participants we may disclose (to allow us to ship packages directly from participant to participant) confidential. We will, of course, also keep your participation confidential, unless you tell us otherwise.
