Book a Test

Browse available tests on the availability page and book your preferred test week. You can book online, via email, or by phone.

Receive Invoice & Pay

After booking, an invoice is emailed to you. For tests scheduled far in advance, invoices arrive approximately one month prior. Pay by check, credit card, ACH or Zelle.

Pre-Test Communication

The Wednesday before your test week, you'll receive tracking information if the test ships directly from us. For tests shipped from other participants, we rely on their courtesy to provide tracking. On Friday, a participant letter is emailed specifying the package origin and your shipping destination.

Receive & Inspect Package

The package arrives Friday before your test week. You must acknowledge receipt immediately upon inspection and report any damage.

Perform Measurements

Complete your measurements Monday through Wednesday of your test week. Follow the instructions provided with the artifact.

Ship the Package

Ship the package Wednesday or Thursday using 2nd day or overnight shipping, respectively. Submit the shipping details and tracking number to us and the next participant, if you are shipping directly.

Enter Results

Log in to our website and enter your measurement results along with your stated uncertainties.

Receive Reports

Preliminary reports typically arrive within two business days of submission of results and payment. Final reports are issued after approximately 6-12 months when the testing round is complete.
