Loyalty Discounts
Participants who maintain engagement (at least one test every six months) receive escalating discounts:
- First test: List price
- Second test: 10% off
- Third test: 15% off
- Subsequent tests: 20% off
Loyalty discounts reset if more than six months pass between tests.
Test Schedules
Standard tests operate on a three-day measurement window (Monday-Wednesday) with Thursday shipping requirements.
Premium tests (CMM1) allow two weeks for completion with flexible air or surface shipping options.
Billing & Payment
We invoice weekly. For tests booked far in advance, we invoice about a month before the test. All invoices are due on receipt.
Accepted payment methods:Checks, ACH, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Late Fee Policy
A late fee of $300 per week (or partial week) applies when artifacts are not returned on schedule. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate any delays.
